Eligibility Labourer / Plumber’s Mate Green Card
Issued to applicants who:
- pass the JIB-PMES/Operatives Health and Safety test; and
- can provide evidence of having completed either the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment or an equivalent qualification (e.g. CITB SSP Health and Safety Awareness course)
JIB-PMES CSCS Labourer / Plumber’s Mate Green Card
Or
- can provide evidence of having completed a suitable Plumbing/PMES related ‘technical certificate’ qualification (e.g. C&G L2 Diploma Basic Plumbing Studies – C&G 6035 or BPEC/EAL equivalent qualifications).
